I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this physical therapy office. My appointment began more than 30 minutes past the scheduled time, which immediately set the tone for what felt like a very disorganized and unprofessional visit. What concerned me most was the lack of privacy and individualized care during my evaluation. Called and spoke with someone about scheduling an appointment here since another APT location is short staffed and doesn’t have any availability. Was greeted by someone with very little sympathy nor care. No acknowledgment. No anything. Just “You can’t do that” with an attitude when I did nothing but ask about their availability. I’ll just miss my PT for a bit and continue going to the other location when they have availability - even when realizing this location is 15 minutes closer to my home.
