This office is one of the best finest tuned practice that I have seen in years. From reception to benefits coordination to the physician and therapists consistent exceptional care and treatment. They deserve 10 stars.
Front desk unprofessional. I came in early and I had to ask if I should sign the sheet or stand and wait because I was not acknowledged. I was told to sign in. Nobody checked me in or took my information until I came back to the desk 15 min later after signing in and seeing numerous people that came in after me be called back. 15 min after that I went back to the desk and was then told the PT is running “a little late” this is now 30 min after my scheduled appt and 45-50 min of waiting in the waiting room. Treated for severe sciatica pain. I have never experienced this type of pain before, and was worried that I wouldn't be able to continue working in my business. The treatment plan was 3 times a week for 4 weeks. Upon completion I am walking pain free without a walker. The whole staff is awesome! Danesh my PT asked me on each visit how the pain was, and adjusted my exercises accordingly, which led to my successful recovery. The Cuban Coffee helped too! ☕️ Thank you. Art
