This company has been the worst company ive dealt with in a long time, I would stay away. I probably paid for 9 months and got 2 treatments. $360! and the second treatment I cant even tell if they did it or not, the person doing the mosquito treatment apparently only sprayed outside - didn't do the inside where we had an issue. You basically have to wrangle them and tell them what to do and how to help you, the offer no professional services, suggestions or anything. Three drawbacks: increase fees yearly, send too many texts re appointments, and always arrive before appointment time. A a widow in my late 70’s, I spend at least an hour or two preparing my house for the treatment that takes 5-10 minutes, then I have to move furnishings back in place after giving time for the spray to dry. It’s too much for me to continue at the cost of the product, my time & energy. The one positive is that the technicians are always nice and polite.

Stephan called on the way to alert me of his time frame. I had a few roach samples and he determined that they were German roaches and he didn't need the powerful application. He was efficient, did his job thoroughly and was very polite. I am very pleased with the service.
I called a few places and it was so hard to get ahold of someone. Finally I found this business and the customer service was so friendly. I didn’t feel like I was getting pressured. When the tech came out to spray. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything. Respect of my home and warm. Would definitely recommend. They sprayed for pests since we live near the woods in a I’m confident we will see results.
