This company has given me whiplash! Let’s start with the positives… One of the first companies to respond to my inquiry, they were able to come out the very next day to assess my bug situation. The sales rep, Zach, and both techs were initially very personable and answered all of my ten million questions. I was able to receive treatment at my home within the week and was assured a follow up appointment within the month would ensure my home remained bug-free.
