We have been trying to stop an invasion of mice in our home. We purchased mouse traps along with sonic sound devices for several months. We contacted several varmint control businesses, but no one was able to solve our issues. Finally, we contacted Dan at Action Pest Control and made an appointment for him to inspect our home. Dan is great. He came out to my house today and gave an assessment as we were having some rodent issues. He gave some really good advice and helped set up some traps. He's really knowledgeable and fair.
I have bedbugs and the manager at Fraser tower has refused to do anything about it she finally said she hired this company to get rid of them I had a scheduled appointment yesterday at 10 nobody showed up or called to reschedule very unprofessional I just received a phone call from i think his name is alex from action pest control apologising for not being here yesterday he thought ny worthless manager mariaya would hacve the descentsy to reach out and tell me what was going on she didnt appaeently the whole building infeste... read more
We called Action for a wasp problem. They scheduled us for an appointment on Thursday between 5 pm and 6 pm. They called on Thursday afternoon to cancel due to wind. That was very understandable. They rescheduled us for the next afternoon, Friday, for the same time frame. 5 pm no show. 6 pm no show. 7 pm no show. They never called to say there was a problem and they never showed up. Very disappointing.
