This is a great company to use if you need a stairlift! The installation is professional and seamless. Anita makes sure you get what you need for your space, and Patrick installs your lift beautifully (and cleans up well!) We couldn't be happier with the whole experience. They are prompt in responding, and you will have your lift up and running before you can blink! It's nice to work with a local company that cares about making you happy!
Spoke on the phone to someone called Joe about my Aunts stair lift chair;It needs servicing..got this number from the manufacturer..Hand i C areUk ,Ltd...He stated he fixes these chairs but could not come out till NEXT WEEK..I asked if he could come sooner because there is an elderly person who cannot climb stairs..He then asked if the chair was brought from him..( what does that have to do with anything) I told him I really did not know and I just needed the chair to be serviced as quickly as possible.. We have had our stairlift for about three years now. Patrick and Anita have been very easy to deal with and they are always very professional. When we have needed service, Patrick has come out quickly and taken care of the problem. Last year when we had a flood and had to replace carpeting, Patrick came out removed the stairlift and then replaced it when the new carpeting was installed. The price was very reasonable. He always goes out of the way to give great service.
