Action Overhead Door has great service and support. From Corrina at the front desk to Brent Linn the Service Technician, very impressive. Mr. Linn was incredibly knowledgeable with his years of support and could quickly identify issues and provide solid solutions. Would recommend this company two family and friends.
Alex was just the best! He knew exactly what he was doing and he did what was promised! I was very disappointed with two previous companies that came and gave me quotes and telling me they couldn’t do it without adding a couple thousand dollars onto it. Griffin was extremely efficient, helpful and polite, he answered all my questions and even helped me pair my remote to my car.
I called to have our garage door serviced as it was squeaking and moving a little slow. A service tech came out the same day I called to schedule as he happened to be in the area! He replaced a couple rollers, oiled all areas, loosed and tightened areas and did a thorough inspection. The tech was on time, patient, and knowledgeable. It was a great experience from an initial call to completion. I received a text when he was on his way which was helpful. Highly recommend!
