Great quick service. Would highly recommend.
Spring broke last night. Called and quickly was connected to an operator who scheduled a tech for 8-12 today. They use a text system to update you about the arrival time and you can track how far away the tech is on the road. Tech arrived not long after 8 am which was amazing. He analyzed the situation, worked quickly to replace the spring, was super informative and recommended a few other updates while here to make the door run more smoothly and got it all done in a very reasonable amount of time. I was incredibly impressed with the entire process!! Everything was smooth and easy....from the sales meeting to install. I would HIGHLY recommend and couldn't be more impressed.
Issue with springs, one was broken -- they had to change the pair (about 25 yrs old) because if one goes the other is also closely worn. Alex K was our technician. Alex did an excellent job and very service oriented; also very helpful when we asked about choices on door openers and maintenance to do on our garage. We gave Alex 10 stars! Action Overhead is known to be reputable service company with reasonable pricing. Recommended by our HOA management team, and we were not disappointed.
