Reed came the day I called - within an hour even. Prompt, friendly service & took care of our issue quickly!
It was easy and fast to schedule an appointment. Our technician, Mark, was great to work with. He was very kind and explained everything to me. Thank you for great service!
I called Action Overhead right away when they opened. They had a live person answer the phone, asked a few questions about my issue and told me a I would receive a text when a tech was on the way and job was completed. They executed flawlessly, doing what they said they would do. The job was performed quicker than I had envisioned resulting in a now functioning garage door. They emailed the invoice and the payment process was seamless. Overall, I’m impressed with the operation and will be going back for future garage service... read more
