I submitted a service request online on a Sunday. I was promptly called Monday morning to set up a service appointment for Tuesday morning. Received a text message Tuesday morning with the technicians name, photo, and tracking link for expected arrival time. The tracking was great so I could plan appropriately and not just be guessing for when they'd arrive.
