One of my springs broke on my 300 lb insulated garage door, Action was able to come the same day to help change out the spring. They were knowledgeable, and very informative. I mentioned doing the job myself if they could supply the parts, and they gave me pointers and recommendations, but doing the job alone was a bit much for one guy that hadn't ever done it before. After a few hours, I called them back to get someone out and had it fixed that afternoon. I recommend them to anyone that asked about overhead doors.

I spent over $26,000 on a garage door, but the service was absolutely terrible. I’ve been waiting over a year for them to fix the stain on the door, but they’ve made empty promises and never delivered. The customer service is abysmal. I highly recommend looking for a different company in the area.
Sunday morning one of my cables jumped of the pulley and got my garage door in a really bad bind. I called Action Door (return customer) and set up an appointment for today. The technician arrive around lunch time and worked on the door nearly 2 hours in this extreme heat until the door was fixed. I’m a very happy customer and will continue to send my business to Action Door.
