I'm a new Action Oil customer. I was with the same oil co for 30 years until they sold their business. I used the business they sold to, once. They overfilled my tanks spilled oil all over the oil tanks, my garage floor and a box of siding. When the driver came to see the damage, he blamed me for the spill because I didn't order the correct amount. After leaving or previous oil company due to customer service issues I called 1 company on a Friday and they told me they are scheduling deliveries for the following Friday. So I called ACTION OIL... they told me it would be Monday or Tuesday and I was ok with that. About 3pm on Friday I get a phone call from Nicthe delivery driver and he informed me he would be out tonight. Sadly I had just left the house to run errands. I have never ran out of oil in 25 years and this year has been the first time I’ve ever ran out and due to this winter weather only a 4x4 can get to where I live and I basically called 20 other companies and Action Oil said that they would add me to their list and they let me know that at the earliest it would be this weekend but I could not even get on a “list”. So I’m forever thankful for this!!! Thanks
Due to the sudden arctic blast used more oil than expected and needed heating oil in a pinch. Within hours I had enough to get through a couple more weeks this is why I have a been a loyal customer to action oil for years and more years to come. Thank you, Action Oil!!!
