Absolutely disgusting and service, the lady in th office so Rude,.. you dont even follow your own safety procedures let alone anything else.. Happy to abuse customers....
They damaged my ute and did not have a single care about the fact. they did nothing to help except for wanting to kick my car to try and bend the tray back. most unprofessional unreasonable and useless place I've been couldn't even tell us where to go to unload properly. Had 3 fridges and 2 AC and they paid me $25.00 damaged the tray and suspension of my ute for a total loss of $2475.00
