We purchased a boat and used it one time when we became stranded. The boat was taken back to the company where it allegedly was fixed. Today, the boat just stopped in the middle of the lake causing us to be stranded again. When calling the company, they said there was nothing they could do, ultimately placing the blame on me, like I don't know how to turn a key and drive a boat. My family and I have been coming up to Lake Geneva early June thru my B-Day month for years now and have always had a great experience with Action. We've both rented and stored throughout time. The people are genuine and have went the extra for me even before being a repeat cust. Go with AM you wont be disappointed
Friendly people and I'm sure they try but they are terribly disorganized. Paid to have my boat winterized and wrapped. Drove by in early March and my boat was sitting outside unwrapped. They offered to rewrap it but would charge me. Told me they had unwrapped it to fix a switch. Left it outside in the weather with the – torn apart. They promised me they would clean it up and store it inside for the balance of the winter. Showed up May 20 to pick it up because they had called the week prior and told me it was ready.
