Action Management has really changed The Village of Timbercreek for the worse. As you can by my photos, they don’t cut the grass as they should or maintain the property as you would expect. Unfortunately, they have a reputation for making up bogus fines. I am hoping soon they will be investigated. I was fortunate to be able to sell mine., currently there are 21 units for sale in this small community that are now being charged over $428- $678. A month for this.
