Lorena with Action Maids is amazing, she cleans fast but effectively. We have had her for almost 4 months. She texts the night before and is always on time. She even goes the extra mile and changes sheets, folds laundry, and cleans out the fridge. When I come home on the days she is here I want to weep the house looks so good.

Probably the only thing I miss about living in Elgin is access to Action Maids. Their cleaning services were always top notch every time I called on them. I was able to ask for the same team every time (Stephany and Lorena) and they are both professional, consistent and really nice.
