Very reliable We use them on most of our properties. They are reliable and on time. They do the work right the FIRST time. The techs are very knowledgeable and friendly. They are one of the best in the DFW area.
RecommendedFast, friendly, expert service! Never simply Google "locksmith" in the North Dallas area because you will get an out-of-state call center which will dispatch a random locksmith to arrive next month. I will always call or visit Action Lock Doc!
What a great company. I went online the night before, and they called the next morning to make sure they understood my needs. Technician (Nick) was there by 11am and finished with four new deadbolts and matching keys before 2pm. He even made a few suggestions to save me money! Cleaned up afterwards, too. I HIGHLY recommend this company for any locksmithing needs.
Came in on Saturday 6/24/18 to get a key made for a Master Brand lock, they made it. It turned out not to be the right blank as it was a bit thicker. Came in on Monday the 26th, and the 3 guys that were in all helped to fix the problem with no hassle. Service was great and not much time was spent. Would come back here for any key needs again.

Action Lock has everything you could possibly need concerning locks. Transponder keys, automotive keys, normal keys, etc. They even stock a few safes1 Wonderful friendly & knowledgeable folk. Be sure to call or visit them with any of your key or lock needs.
Great customer service!!!! Not just great customer service - but with a smile from friendly people - don't find that much any more, and they stand behind their product!!!! If you need a key, this is the place to be!!!
