Not happy at all. Yesterday (3.23.16) I went online to get a quote. Entered 10 passengers, date of prom, pick-up and drop off times, etc. Got a quote of $660.00 for 6 hours. Printed it out. Then received a call from Pam telling me the quote would be $950 because the kids are going to prom. The incorrect price was given because of the way they had their website set up. Used this service for a bachelorette party and we were VERY pleased! Our driver was friendly, easy going and professional. The car was clean and well stocked. If I ever need a limo service again I will be calling this company fot sure!!

My daughter got married last Friday night. It was beautiful! The limo was supposed to be there at 11:00 pm to take the bride and groom to their hotel in Atlanta - 11:00 no limo, 11:30 no limo - my son in law had the confirmation email - called them with that number and they "had no record of it"! So here it is midnight and a bride and groom with no ride!! It had already been charged to his credit card. This is absolutely terrible and I would love for you to phone me directly as we have experienced only one incident in the past month due to our new software but if my recollection is correct it was on a Saturday and we not only refunded their money but have posted a complimenntary 3 hour charter on their account.
