Extremely Poor Service Unfortunately there is not a rating of MINUS stars. Beyond a doubt, the WORST experience I have had in dealing with a company in the last 20 YEARS! Initial contact was made almost a MONTH ago (8/21). Have made numerous calls, left numerous messages. The few imes I was actually able to talk with Jason he would make promise to call back with an update, and I would hear nothing/nada.
