Honestly.. I was exited when I found this company and their service! It seemed to be reliable and efficient. Rafael was rude a couple of times and it was not cool! The first time they scheduled a specific time to be here and then changed it in the morning and when I responded to confirm the new time, noone replied to me. Action LA Mobile Screens replaced about 20 windows and 3 patio doors in my house. I spoke to Gor over the phone and he came out twice to measure the windows and did a good job explaining the process and timeline. He kept me updated on the manufacturing and delivery schedule throughout. They installed everything in 3 days and it looks great.
The guys came to install a couple of retractable doors and they did a very clean job. My doors slide perfectly so I can start to enjoy a nice breeze just in time before summer. Definitely recommending!
Excellent service from this family owned team of professionals. They do good work and are kind & clean. Highly recommended.
