Excellent rental company. People are very nice and responsive to any concerns. Highly recommend!
One of the best rental agencies in the lower keys!
Stayed at Margarita Villa for Feb 2025 and it was great! Highly recommend going through Action Keys Realty instead of using VRBO or Airbnb. No BS fees and "hosts" to deal with. Any time we had a questions, they were quick to answer. We had a few minor issues during our stay and they were fast to resolve them. We will be using them going forward.
Very professional and personable staff, no nonsense or BS involved and had a great stay/experience all around. Would recommend!
