Erika is a very attentive agent. She has provided several quotes and makes the entire process very easy. Their rates tend to be a bit better or on par with other companies however the customer service is definitely top notch. There have been times where she may have been a few bucks higher over a 6 month period however being able to have a real human being that speaks English handle my questions is worth it to me.
Happy at this time yet my experience is to new yet,which is why I rated it a 4 for now.
