I have been a Reator for over 25 years and I can highly recommend Kevin Young from Action Inspections. The first time we worked together, many years ago, he did an inspection one of my listings that had two prior inspections with buyers that failed to get their mortgage. Kevin was amazing! As a first time home buyer, I wasn't sure what to expect after vetting a few companies, but so happy we went with Kevin. He showed up early, and was very thorough. Not only is he very experienced, but he was so kind and patient with us. My husband and I followed him around the entire time he was doing our home inspection and he answered any and all of our questions. He was also very prompt answering any questions I had after our home inspection was completed. A nice guy, would definitely recommend!
Integrity! Just good people! He helped me and my wife with a relocation home. He helped give my wife realistic guidance in a time of high stress and the unknown. As a relocation couple—NJ does things frustratingly different, but Kevin was always responsive, kind and helpful. Our place fell through, but we will use him again. We offer a strong recommendation for Mr. Young!
Kevin was very personable and friendly. He did a very through and professional job inspecting a house for us. He had no problem explaining things about the particular house and did not at all seem bothered whenever I asked him about something, that was a great part of the inspection. He made recommendations and guidance on some items when asked. Had a great program to track and document the inspection and got us the report promptly that day and it was extremely easy to read. Highly recommended!!
