Oh my gosh, where do I begin??? Amy is amazing! She helped navigate the sale of my old house and the purchase of my new house. She knows what she’s doing. The team she worked with for financing and closing were equally as amazing and so very helpful. I panicked a few times and they always found a way to talk me off the edge. I can’t thank them enough for everything. There’s no better team to work with to get things done.
We worked with Amy through Action Homes to both sell our home and buy a new one. She was wonderful to work with! Amy gave us a push to get ourselves into gear when needed, but never rushed us, as well as kept us informed throughout the whole process. She answered any questions we had and gave us helpful opinions while still making sure that we knew we had the final say in things. Working with Action Homes was a great experience and I will definitely be recommending Amy to everyone I know in the future.
Amy was great all around. She answered questions and gave insight whenever we asked, while also giving us the freedom to buy/sell at our own pace.

Amy and her team were great. They spent ample time with us, were willing to show us any house in any area of Middle Tennessee, and did it all with a smile. She and her team were excellent with advice on houses/areas we would like, extremely responsive, and followed up with us even after closing and move-in. They are a fantastic team and I'd highly recommend anyone to work with them to find a home in the area.
