My household has used Action Heating and Cooling for all our HVAC needs We have been extremely happy with all the products and services provided and we have referred them to many others who have also been pleased. We will continue to use and recommend Action Heating and Cooling.

We own a house in which work was performed on the boiler by Action Heating and Cooling and the boiler has not been working efficiently or properly. The owner of the company was extremely rude, refused to give me his name, refused to come out and look at the boiler and hung up on me. I have never been treated so rudely in such a way. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. I would give them zero stars but that is not an option.

When we called about no heat they were there in an hour! WOW good job!

With the 24 hour emergency service they were on top of things! Hard to believe he had not called back, they provide the best service in Williamsport

I called him and left a message on his cell phone asking him to come and look at my central air conditioner as it was frosting up outside. Five days later I still haven't heard from him.
