Back in January of 2023 Action failed to order parts for 5 days leaving us freezing. A few months later the HVAC failed and they misdiagnosed the problem, claiming it was a bad fan, and wanting $1,000 to fix it. It turned out to be nothing but a bad terminal which another company fixed for nothing when I decided to get bids on replacing the HVAC.
