I recently contacted Action heating for service on my furnace..The Action heating team was very professional, courteous and friendly from the initial phone call to correct diagnosis and repair. Went the extra mile by tidying up some unnecessary wiring that was a result of a couple new installs over the years. Overall experience was better than expected.
We have used Action Heating many times over the past 10 years - new furnace, pool heater, gas stove as examples. Josh and his team have always been prompt, and have given quality service at reasonable prices.
We have been using Action Heating to help us with an aging pool heater for a couple of years now. Josh came out to assess the situation, and sent a sub for the fix. He shut us down as he deemed the heater unsafe (fair). Instead of replacing the heater, Josh found us a used burner to get us through the season. Josh removed my AC unit in preparation for some outdoor landscaping. He came back and installed it when the job was completed. Josh is kind, professional and oozes experience. He is on time, dedicated to his trade & very knowledgeable. Customer service is top notch. 5 stars all around!
