RecommendedMy family and I have been using Action air for our installs & service calls. Great prices & service plans. Always prompt service even in the middle of the night they'd come and get us back up & running. Most of the time they wouldn't even charge a fee for coming out due to our long history together. They installed a system 3 years ago and now all the freon leaked out and it blows hot air. They refuse to honor their warranty, even if they installed it improperly & are trying to tell me my Mfgr warranty is void. Last time I checked, they installed the unit, they didn't make it. They also didn't show up to their appointment, after I took off from work and waited for them for 4 hours (with no call). I wouldn't trust them to look at or touch my heating/air system again.
Honest fast service and caring and they come on time they form more of a personal relationship then other companies 10 stars in my book
they are currently under new management let people go hired people and have had nothing but compliments
After replacing our unit, they had to come out every 6 months to fix it since it was leaking somewhere. They kept saying they fixed it, and that was never the case. They just kept charging us for additional visits. Now they won't even return my phone calls to just get service records so I can get someone reputable to fix it. IT should still be under warranty, it's only 3 years old! They won't even acknowledge my contact, or help with records to submit to Ruud for the warranty.
mike and john were out to install a new hot water heater today. service was great and fast. they were very polite and clean. mike also did my ac last year and I have nothing but good things to say. would highly recommend mike and action
From our first phone call to the guys leaving after installing our new boiler was nothing but first class all the way.
We woke up in the morning of going on a 10 day trip to my heater not working. Snow forecasted for today and temps in the 20's. About 10 years ago Action put in a new heater. As always we were going to have it serviced each year but then forgot. We called Action Heating at 7am and within 2 hours they were here fixing our heater.
