The "Thank you for your business" gift was a nice touch. But, at the initial consultation, I was told I would be able to finance the furnace, only to find out that the financing was only available if BOTH the air conditioner and furnace were installed at once. I was also told that "we'll work with you...have worked with other customers before...".
