do not use this company they sent a technician to diagnose the problem with the unit and parts were ordered when installation was to be done they claimed because it was a four level building they were instructed not to to do repair . it is clear they do not know how to do a job . stay away from them they SUCK
Due to a recent storm, our HVAC system was damaged. Our home warranty company assigned the service request to Action Heating & Air. The request was sent out on a Saturday, and we were contacted on Sunday morning for an appointment on Monday. The technician arrived on time and was very friendly. Once the problem had been diagnosed, I was advised it could take 7-10 days for the parts to arrive.
