Bob is a very nice and helpful gentleman and specialist. On the same-day visit he diagnosed the issue with my A/C and replaced the capacitor.
Bob is a great technician. He's the owner/ operator and a real straight shooter. He's extremely knowledgeable and you never feel like you're getting a sales pitch like some other companies give you. Bob just serviced my own furnace and as a real estate agent, I refer him to all my friends and clients with confidence.
The owner of Action Heating & Air Conditioning is also the technician. Bob did a fine job for me, diagnosing and repairing a faulty pressure switch in my central A/C unit that kept it from operating. While he was there, Bob also did a routine maintenance on my gas furnace. I am impressed with his professionalism and knowledge.
