I highly recommend this agency. We had a great experience. All staff were helpful, professional, and caring.
The CNAs and PCAs are wonderful people. The office staff is horrible. The owner needs to lose her license. They don't provide gloves for the employees. The PCAs aren't properly trained. They come unaware of their responsibilities.
I have worked with this company and they are very good! The staff is very dedicated to serving their clients to the fullest extent. The company holds high standards and are strong patient advocates. They truly care about their staff members and their patients.
