I feel like they could've taken a little bit better care of me on my purchase. before I left the lot a light came on my dash, I backed up and told them. We shut the vehicle off, the light went off but then came back on a few miles down the road. it never did it on the test drive or I wouldn't have bought it. I paid the asking price on the vehicle, they did however put a new tire on and when that tire came in they tested the battery, it was fine but they replaced it anyway. Great communication
Sales person was friendly. Car had a bad vibration in the steering wheel and drivers seat. Sales person said it was probably the tires. He did call us back a few days later, stating the tires had been changed, they did have flat spots. The van was great, but they did not want to negotiate on the price, so no deal.
Have reached out to me and never wavered when I’ve asked questions. Having to do a lot over the phone (via text, calls and email) to which they have been routine to answer questions and didn’t hesitate to offer help!
