Had a custom shower stall door installed in my Summer cottage. I called them and they got back to me within a couple of business days. They are pretty busy but professional and punctual too. Within a week of my inquiry I had a knowledgeable employee come take measurements. I was told custom glass could take a few weeks. I also called to get an update and they even have an answering service on the weekend. My scheduled install date was about 3 or 4 weeks after my original call.
