Terrible experience. They replaced a glass window in my building and severely damaged the frames beyond repair. Damaged the stops that hold the window in place and then since e the stops were no longer available, they simply left the window in place as a safety hazard where the window could actually fall back into the condo. Over 18 months of trying to get the to fix it went no where, and I had to pay another contractor significantly more to fix the damage they caused, and to have new stops made that were custom made because... read more

If I could give you negative 5 stars, I would. Appalling scheduling, no shows, leaky windows, the list goes on. Ask your neighbours 7 year old kid to do the job instead, you’d be in better hands!

I'm proud to say everytime I've called Action glass for any issues the guys have gone above and beyond. Larry has been coming to my building for over 10 years or more think I've lost count. He's always problem solving the issues with our patio doors making conversation very polite I would highly recommend Action Glass and their outstanding team to get the job done right. Thank Action your hard work is always appreciated
