The guys at Mavis are incredibly kind and personable and they fixed my car quickly! My husband and I have both had great experiences there.
I've been coming to this Mavis for years and each time I receive the best customer service!! Sam is always helpful and cordial and he gets me in and out quickly. And the mechanics are extremely friendly and professional. Other tire shops should follow their example.
Not the best front desk experience, nor did having an appointment mean anything. Thankfully, I didn't have to wait onsite for services to be completed. My appointment was for noon, arrived 15.mins early and the location was packed, but my vehicle wasn't taken back until around 3pm, which wasn't a big deal for me as again I wasn't waiting onsite and didn't need the vehicle right away. Best decision I made was walking into Mavis to get my tire plugged. Sam was at the front when I walked in, and he was professional and genuinely helpful to what I needed. The rest of the staff were proficient and respectful. They got me in and out. Just a great and calm environment overall. And they have a free air pump!! Definitely recommend!
