Don't call the other guys!! I first called Overhead Door COMPANY and stated my problem. The person answering said that they would have to send someone over BUT if they no longer had the part...……..We didn't use the garage for SIX Days for fear of it breaking further. The service technicians, all of the men who have done any job over the years, are cheerful and professional, very qualified.
