I called in the afternoon and spoke with the receptionist at Action Garage Door. I was greeted with the warmest welcome over the phone. She took down a few details and scheduled service for the very same day. The installer, Mr. Lee, called to let me know when he was about 20 minutes away. When he arrived, he met with my wife and me, listened to our concerns about the door, and provided options without any sales pitch or pressure to upgrade. We thought we had a simple repair to our garage door roller and hinge and discovered with Will’s help we had a broken spring and damaged panels. Will provided excellent customer service and great communication throughout the service call. He helped out us get our car out of the garage even though the door was broken and very heavy. Will walked us through the process of ordering a new garage door. He put us at ease. Yes, it was money we were not expecting, but so worth it in the end. We've used Action Garage Door on all our homes here in Idaho and have always been happy with their service. The experience today was no different. I called because our 2-car garage door was making some squeaking noises. Kat took the call from Action Garage Door and was able to get me a same day appointment (very impressed). Austin was the service technician that showed up and quickly diagnosed the issue.
