I don’t usually leave feedback but we are quick to say when something is bad or wrong and hardly take the time to say when it is good. My experience with this company was incredible. I placed an order and put in the incorrect address and it was delivered to that location. I realized my error after the fact and Casey Choi was quick to respond and understood my error and had the item personally delivered to me without any charge. Old spot was wonderful I would have given 5 ⭐️ but new spot you have to have your license with and it’s not for the public customers. If they would open up to customers I believe they will increase their revenue.
Customer service was excellent!. Would suggest to sell smaller packages for sample trials for exposure to priducts.
