unsatisfactory service I had an engine tune up recently and had some paint peeling in the exterior where they were working. I returned due to the lifetime warranty they promised; however, they were unresponsive to my claim, and refused to fix the peeling paint. During the visit, the owner yelled at me and refused to give me a copy of the warranty. I find it to be a risky business to entrust your automobile to.
