Let's face it, all humans will base their first impression on your appearance -especially hiring managers. Marianne Moore is the owner of Action Employment - She is also the one that posted the last comment about herself. Action Employment posts fake jobs to get people in there and then they don't call people back. They also will not work with smokers or people they find unattractive, which is hilarious because Marianne is about as unattractive as they come. It's pretty sad when the owner has to post their own reviews.
