Predatory towing company with zero compassion or decency. In less than 15 minutes, just enough time to drop off a heavy package (move-in in the building where they took the car) with my wife and 6-month-old baby, my car was already on their truck. BEWARE OF DAMAGES TO YOUR CAR. Judging from other reviews Im not surprised this happened to me. I received my car, thankfully no awful attitude but when I drove off I could hear a grinding noise as I was driving. I checked the bottom and it looks like they ripped off a part of the bottom of my under-guard. Thankfully its plastic so I think its fine to just rip off from my cheap car but if you have a pricey vehicle you definitely should be careful.
