I called at 1:05 pm on 8 25 and I told girl what I needed she took name and number and she would call back . I called again at 2,15 and talked with randy he said he would give her message. my husband called after 3 and had to leave vm well they call me back this morning at 8.30 am. I told the girl I never got a call back like I was told. After one week waiting my appointment with estimater to stop by and take a look at my house they delay my appointment when I called them they he’s busy and I asked what about my appointment they wait one more week to be rescheduled I told them thank you guys I don’t want to deal with anymore because from the beginning you Don’t respect your customer time so I don’t recommend anyone to deal with this kind of people.
These guys are totally professional they put a generac generator in in less than a day everything looked and works perfectly and very reasonably priced they made sure are breaker panel was safe and put in new lugs to the meter which the other ones were bad and could have caused a fire now everything is safe I would recommend these guys anytime to anyone thanks rob, randy, and Chad and everyone else down there
