Action doors came on time and installed a new garage door opener on time and at agreed price which included adjustments. After the positive experience I would not hesitate using them again.
Don't waste your time with Action Door Services. I booked an appointment with them to get my garage fixed. The earliest they could come was 1.5 weeks out. I called back to let them know that it was the springs and to send the parts with the installer. Waited 1.5 weeks and installer showed up with no parts. He measured the springs and said the office would be in touch. 3.5 weeks later after two follow up phone calls, the garage is repaired. Called the after-hours service line 2 days ago and again this morning and still waiting. Organization and response don't seem to be priorities.
