Don't waste your time with Action Door Services. I booked an appointment with them to get my garage fixed. The earliest they could come was 1.5 weeks out. I called back to let them know that it was the springs and to send the parts with the installer. Waited 1.5 weeks and installer showed up with no parts. He measured the springs and said the office would be in touch. 3.5 weeks later after two follow up phone calls, the garage is repaired. Called the after-hours service line 2 days ago and again this morning and still waiting. Organization and response don't seem to be priorities.
Great service team at Action doors.
I had an emergency garage door situation on a Friday afternoon. When I called them up, they were immediately responsive and had a tech out to my house within an hour. I highly recommend!
This is now the third time I have used this company. They understood my urgency when yet again the cable broke leaving my garage open and fit me in as soon as they could with an great technician who was efficient and very capable. The price was very reasonable and special thanks to Shelly who was kind, understanding and funny and kept me informed of when they would have a person to come to house.
