I can't really call this a review.. I left a online message on Tuesday evening for a Spring replacement and didn't get a response. I called on Thursday afternoon and spoke with someone who transferred my call to Residential service and I left a voicemail. It's mid-morning on Friday and still no callback. I guess they're busy. I did have them recommended by a friend, so they might be great. But I won't know. I've called another company who called back after a few minutes and booked with them. Our garage door spring(s) broke so it was ADS to the rescue. Nathan came out and replaced the spring setup with a newer unit. He did a great job in a reasonable amount of time. He was also very friendly and professional. I would recommend this company any time!
From Start to finish the team at Action Doors were true professionals. Bruce helped me design the custom garage doors, and Kelly expertly installed them in just one day. They look and work so damn good! Thanks guys!
