I called Action Door last week for a house call to fix what I thought was a broken cable. I was able to get a next day appointment and Al L. came to service my door. He was prompt, professional, and clearly effective at his job. My cable wasn’t even broken, but had just come unattached. He reattached the cable, retensioned the springs, and lubed the track and bend points on my door. The cost was extremely reasonable and he didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. Went for an interview they made me so uncomfortable , wasn't even funny and wouldn't even interview me
