I was having trouble with my garage door opener. I had Action door come out to look at it. He looked it over and pushed the button and it worked OK. He could not have been more than a half hour to look at it. At best he was stalling around to kill time. I was charged $237.00 for hardly any work and no parts. That is a rather high cost for a half hour worth of very little work other than pushing the opener button a few times. No. No. No. stay away. Buyer beware. You will only receive satisfaction if your repair is an easy one. Probably family members wrote any good reviews that this business has. This place should be shut down for their business practices. Unethical. The right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. The male owner is a bully. Talks you round in circles, over and over. Does not follow though. You got time on your hands to babysit a bunch of misfits? Then this is your place. You want to be spoken to like you’re a first grade... read more

We have used Action Door's services and products in 2016 and 2017. We have a double car garage. They repaired my old door in 2016 which was damaged by a car. After further damage to my old door in 2017, Action replaced my door with a Wayne Dalton 8300 door. The replacement door has better insulation, is sealed tighter, and is quieter. It looks better. Dave Cavasini and his team demonstrated expertise and were a pleasure to do business with. Action's pricing was similar to their competition.

I received fast and Courteous service from the installers that came and put in the garage door. They had it installed and the mess cleaned up in an hour. My only complaint was they were suppose to call me back with a time that they were coming out before hand with the time. I ended up calling them to get a time. Overall they did a really nice job. I would recommend them.
