I came home from work at around 7:00 pm and, as I closed the garage door behind me, one of the cables snapped and the door slid off the track on that side, making it impossible to even close it manually. I keep lawn and outdoor equipment in the garage in addition to my car, so I was uncomfortable with the prospect of not being able to secure everything overnight. Friendly people and great service
Got a quote from Action Door, gave the go ahead, with half down to order. This was the end of August. Came in September to install, was told they ordered the wrong door. End of October still no garage door and all we got from them, when we could get ahold of them, was a bunch of “I’m really sorry about this” and no answers. Called another company in November and had garage door up within 3 1/2 weeks and no issues!
They showed up 3 hours late with no phone call. I understand emergencies come up, but common courtesy would be appreciated. Technician was great!
