Not worth buying a new bike there. It'll be ignored until the warranty runs out. Literally every other dealership in town will take better care of your bike while it's in their possession. It's rare I get bikes in as good or better condition as I left it. Merchandise is marked up like crazy. I paid a third as much by buying gear off Revzilla instead, which shipped to me in a single day. Avoid patronage at this dealership.
They are good and they do the job right
We recently bought a 2020 CanAm UTV and the service was great! Our salesman, Elliott, was very personable, knowledgeable, and awesome to work with. He wasn't high pressure, which we appreciated, and was able to answer all of our questions. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Josh in the parts department, and Dustin were also very accomodating. Highly recommend purchasing from Action Cycle N Sleds.
Amazing team to work with there. Abram dropped everything he had on his plate to get us into what we wanted. In and out in no time and had the unit and trailer ready for pickup in the timeframe he promised. Need a new toy go see Abram and the team.
