I have been looking for a barber shop for awhile in Richmond and Action Cuts was recommended by a friend. I have been to other barbershops, but they were expensive and I generally did not enjoy the environment. Action Cuts has wonderful staff who are friendly and welcoming. The free popcorn and movies playing is a big bonus as well. The haircut was exactly what I was looking for and the price was right. I saw Deandra and I would definitely see her again.
