The worst place to get a loan! When you call to make payment they ask you to call back because they’re short staffed or with another client. Now if you miss a payment they are QUICK to harass you by going to your home and to your work. The old lady with the grey hair is the rudest person I’ve encountered. Don’t recommend this place to anyone.
There is a manager who is very rude, upon asking for my payment she screamed and said if we dnt have money for us not to ask for loans. Never going back
When you try and make payment arrangements, they have a person and I believe its the Manager after asking her name she said she didn't have to give it to me...anyways, screams at me and hangs up on you. very rude lady with no ethics. This is a payment I do for my Aunt and the location is the one on chihuahua is where I got this experience not my loan but my aunts and this lady just shocked me.
