Let me start by saying customer service from the lady at the front was great, she was kind and probably felt guilty about my experience and if she reads this she should know this is not directed at her at all. Now, to start this business tried to charge me 200 for a factory reset, absolutely insane by itself. They run a business model that takes advantage of older individuals with little to no IT skills. I dealt over the phone with a gentleman named DEAN at Action COMPUTERS in 29 AUG. He was very polite, very professional and very efficient. I was able to order the part I needed and arrange for its pickup in a very short time. Excellent service!
