We recently bought a computer from Action Computers and have been very pleased with their help. I am new to computing and call them often for help. They are always patient, polite and very helpful. I highly recommend them.
Best computer store in Merced. The staff at Action Computers are very helpful, knowledgeable and honest. I have been a customer for a few years and will continue to use Action Computers for repairs and/or new computers in the future. :)
Ive bought several power supplies from them. Ive never had a problem with their customer care. Granted I know what I want and just ask for it. I assume the staff as in any other business, is prompted to produce results for the profiting of the business. This may explain other reviews that are not too favorable. Its hard to make a local business profitable when you can go online and buy what you need.
The people that are rude are NOT the younger counter people. Why do people seem to blame the younger people these days? It was actually a manager and some other guy that was in his late 40's. Both of them were the most unprofessional people I have ever come across in any kind of business. I have never been treated with such disrespect in my whole life in any kind of business. I will definitely NEVER go back to this place and I do not recommend it to anyone unless you feel like being treated very poorly.
I have had two computers built at this store and numerous repairs and upgrades. Some of the younger counter help is hit and miss but the owner has my full confidence. I would go nowhere else for my computers. They have been very helpful. If you are looking for software then the large chain stores are better but if you want to have a squirrly computer fixed or one built to your specifications then this is the place.
We took our computer to this place. They fixed the computer, however, during the whole process they were extremely unprofessional and childish when dealing with their customers. It was a very bad experience and I hope no one else has to have the same. I would definetly not recommend this place.
