Totaled my car In Troy Alabama, but I live in Florida. Progressive towed the car to Montgomery Alabama. Had a misunderstanding on my part and arrived in Montgomery on a day when action was closed. I had driven 3 hours to get there. Mark took time on his day off and drove a significant distance to open up the Business me let me get my tag, 11 pairs of shoes and other belongings out. Great service. Courteous and very helpful. We were told when car would be ready and it was ready on that date and we were kept up to date during this period. When they were doing the alignment they noticed strut was bent and replaced it. Good to know they were so thorough with their inspection of our vehicle. Thank you to everyone at Action Collision Center.
